I wondered what the first would look like if the background (horizon) were hidden. Then you did exactly that in the second one. I think I like it better when you can see more of the background. Without that, I found myself wondering what the fence was hiding. I thought more about what wasn't there than about what was.
The third is my favorite with a nice blend of colors as a backdrop for a story of numerous dead parts that used to be a functional whole.
I found the green grass distracting in the last image. After thinking about it for a while, I decided it was a story of a structure at the end of its life. The green grass seemed out of place because it was too alive and too close. Similar comment on the white (ceramic?). Everything else is worn, faded, rusted. Not sure if that makes sense. But the only life in the picture is way out on the horizon, far removed from this remote graveyard.

My wife's EAD was also sent back even though we haven't moved. She got all her other receipts. I didn't have her name in the mail box. Wondering if it is the reason but again she got all her receipts, ad parole. We called USCIS they opened a Service Request. It will take a month minimum.

Mine is July 3 rd recieved date from NSC. My AP was approved on October 8, 2007. I got it my mail on Nov 2, 2007. I haven't get my EAD yet.

Asfar as I know the I94 date is always linked to a visa and not the Notice of Action. when i faced the same issue this what I was told.
invincibleasian is totally WRONG in saying this. Officer at POE does not always determine the expiry date of I-94 based on visa stamp expiry. In case of H1 or H4, the expiry date is determined by the expiry of the concerned H1B petition (Notice of Action) from the current employer. I don't know what kind of issue invincibleasian faced.
Lemme share my own experience to prove my point. I entered the US in Sep 2006 with my visa stamp from my previous employer expiring in 15 days. The Notice of Action from my current employer however had an expiry date of Apr 2007. Officer issued the I-94 with Apr 2007 as the expiry date. No questions were asked. I guess that answers all of your questions.

My case details :
EB3 with PD Oct 2003.
I-140 : Approved.
485 - Applied July 2007.

Yes you should get the Visa till 2008 - once passport is near expiry - get it renewed from indian consulate and later tag both passports together.

I agree, international schools mirror US/UK formats and the transition is easier. My neighbor returned with an 8 year old kid. She had problems with the second language (hindi in her school, tutions helped a bit) she was fine with the rest. The parents had planned in advance, be prepared for fact that even if your child is among the best here, he/she will be average there, the learning standards are very high in good schools. BTW in india children are already exposed to writing in the second language from KG
If you contact the school they will email you a list of academic standards for each class, you can go through the list and spend some time working on your childs weak spots (if you want a URL for such a list let me know or search for DPS pune or any other well known school). Its different there, but there is more freedom and children enjoy it more (there will be pressures, related to mixing with children and language, but children are more adaptable than us.). Be prepared for a learning curve and an adjustment period thats all.

Does frankfurt require transit visa if some one is traveling to India if:
A) While going to india and have H1/H4 valid until 2011, but stamping expired.
B) while coming back to USA if I am planning on coming on Advance Parole ?
How long does the airport visa take ? I traveled through FF in 2005, but I had valid H1 stamp. It is expired since and perhaps wont get stamped before coming back, but use AP.

My 5th year on H1 will be completed in end of June 2007. I got my labor certification(EB-3) and I-140 approved and didn't apply for I-485. As my I-140 is approved, I recently applied for 3 year extension. The following are the few things I want clarify with you gurus:
1) Can I change the employer after I get my 3 year extension on H1 ?
2) If I change the employer and If I transfer my H1, Will I get 3 years on my H1 based on 140 approval?
3) After switching to new employer, if I start the GC process all over again, can I keep my old priority date?
4) I heard Gc process should be filed before expiry of 5th yr on H1 b, if i change my employer can i file for GC process in 6th yr and get furthur extension ?
I really appreciate your valuable inputs and help me out.

but, the title of your thread sure sounded like an AD. You could have titled it as "Need advice on H2-B non immigrant visa" or something like that..
