Hi everyone,
I have 2004 W2 but cant seem to find my tax return. I have 2003, 2005, 2006tax returns but not 2004. What can I do to get that return. Please any advice will be appreciated.

Before i present my RFE I will explaing My GC:
I did masters and worked on OPT for sometime with Company A and they applied H1B,
still working for Company A as H1B as Senoir Programmer ANalyst.
At one point CompanyB filed GC process and I-140 approved as a IT Manager in EB2
PD=jan 2006
Still working with H1B from COmpany A
I never worked for Company B and it no longer exists...
Company A recently merged with ANother Company X

signature is required on the Form G-325A. Photocopied signatures are not acceptable. Blank immigration forms

immigration forms by phone at 1-800-870-3676.
Submit documentary evidencc to establish your employmcnt history listcd on Form G-325A. Such evidence
should include, but is not limited to:
Clear copies ofIRS Form W -2 wage and tax statcmcnts;
Pay vouchers;
Complete copies of properly filcd Federal Individual Income Tax Returns (IRS Form 1040);
Any additional documentation which confirms your employment history.
You must submit a currcntly dated letter from your intended permanent employer dcseribing your present job
duties and position in the organization, your proffered position, if different from your current position, the date
you began employment and the offered salary or wage. This letter must be in the original and signed by an
executive or officer of the organization who is authorized to make or confirm an offer of permanent
employment. The letter must also indicate whether the terms and conditions of your employment-based visa
petition or labor certification continue to exist.
If you have changed employers since filing your application for adjustment of status, please submit a statement
which lists the names and locations of all employers you have had in the US and the beginning and end dates of
each position unless these have been included on Form G-325A.

This is a big scam. I see there is a big political heads intervention in this for reversing july bulletin.
Since everything is coming out day by day, politicians also started escaping out.
Now USCIS should look for its own safety as the politicians who suported them earlier had given HAND to them now.
As part of safe game, they sent out that numbers to DOS, saying that we cant allocate numbers, and thrown ball into DOS court now.
Everyone is playing their own safe game.
What i feel at this moment, instead of digging the scam further, a big guy should negotitate with USCIS and ask them to revert back to initial bulletin giving an assurance that no digging will be done in the scam. I dont know how far this will happen, as already the matter is going to the court now.

Since the lower background is dark, I think it works well. The blossom really stands out with a feeling of depth, just the right DoF. There are two points on the left (probably sepals from the next blossom?) that are a little distracting to me, but that's a nitpick.

The VBs normally come out on Fridays. So this month's VB will probably be on DOS's website this Friday. But I don't see any positive sign for EB movements. We will be lucky if EB2 and EB3 don't retrogress again, according to DOS's hint last month. To be realistic, there won't be any significant movement without any bills favoring immigration passed.

I know many people have been applying and reapplying for EADs and renewals.
I am trying to see if I can figure out any trends in how they are selecting cases for 2 yr renewals.
Please post your EB category, PD(month/yr is adequate), and approved EAD length. If we get sufficient responses perhaps we can see any trends.

My relative tried to get visit visa from Kuwait. He was there on visit. Embasssy rejected the petition and told him to go India and get the visa. Eventually he got it in Madras. Only residents can appear for visa interview. (residents means, locals or, those have employment or dependant visa and stamped residence in passport).
If they are staying on a resident or employment visa in UAE they have to apply at the US Embassy in Dubai. If they are on a visit visa in UAE, they have to apply at the appropriate US Consulate in India.

Wait till you get your new H1 if possible and enter with new visa stamped on your passport. That is the cleanest way. You can also enter with previous H1 visa(with previous employer) and show the new I797. But i recommend you to go for cleanest approach.

Its been a long time since Ive been on F-1 and I'm sure some of the rules have changed.
F-1 from my understanding can be extended beyond 2 years, usually 4 years was the norm. Some F-1s were even open ended, there was no limit stated on the F-1 visa itself. In my case I did OPT on my 4th year.
Are you graduating or intending to continue your education? I think it would be hard for you to come back to the US after your F-1 expires if you only have OPT and have no plans or did not file to extend your F-1, or graduate. You may be turned back at a POE.
I suggest you talk to a lawyer or your school about renewing your F-1. Usually schools that take international students have an Foreign Students department that can help give you advice or even file the change for you.

Hello All,
Here's my situation below:
I left Company B and applied for H-1 Transfer with Company C (premium) while this case is pending i got a very gud offer from Company D and wanted to me join ASAP. While i was waiting for approval for Company C yesterday i received Query on H-1 Transfer for Company C.
Has anyone been this kind of situation before. I do not want to loose the opportunity from Company D, is there a way Company D can apply for H-1 Transfer with Receipt number(H-1 transfer for Company C).
Please help its very Urgent.

wanted to see the timeline of EAD renewals currently..I have a EAD renewal receipt notice date of June 18th......was wondering how many days is TX taking to approve the notice....
Did aanyone around June 15 -June 20th get any approval yet?
Isn't it too soon to expect it? They usually take 45 to 60 days. It has been only a couple of weeks.

Hi, Last August 07, I have applied for 140 & 485 and have a priority date of Feb 2005. I got married in July 08. Now, I can't apply 485 for my spouse as dates are not current. My 140 got approved. I am just worried that My 485 might get approved before I could apply 485 for my spouse. And no one knows when 485 date will be current again. Any ideas? Any one is in my situation?

I called USCIS they said , it is an batch update - no information they can provide. I am not sure what it means.
Does any one else got soft LUD around this date ?
USCIS has received high volume of calls during Aug 2008 for reasons like (LUD, Why no 2nd FP, Where is my case now) this and a month later all the menu options were changed. There was big post to figure out new options.... Infact, People were not able to get a answers real emergency questions, had to book infopass appointments.
BTW, if you are IT guy, you should know what batch means.
