Is it a bad thing that apple doesn't want to increase the size of the iPhone? There are people who want/accept huge phones but the fact remains that the motorola razr is historically one of the most successful phones and people criticized the iPhone on its realease for it's size.

Do some research on what tall buildings do to cell towers/signal and the ability for your phone to handle constant hand-offs between thousands of towers. Trust me, sky scrapers make it impossible for Verizons, T-mobile, or any other carriers service to be much better than the rest. The other carriers are just better about hiding their shortcomings from the public.

I agree more vertical space and matte option. I'm really not a fan of these cinema screens. I find them annoying when just plain web surfing. I'd rather buy a old used 24" iMac with a matte screen. Come on Apple I've got $1,800 ready for you don't let me down.
I love the larger screens, You do realise you can resize your browser window so its the size of the 24inch screen, the 27 inch has higher resolution when you resize the window to 24 inch it will be the same reslution as it would be on the 24 inch and the same size!
I don't understand why so many complain that the 27 inch is so big when resizing is so simple. I can have 2 things open side by side!

All you need to do is look at him to know that it's not a show. He definitely wants publicity, but I don;t think it's going to get him the results he wants. Most people I know are horrified and of the opinion that he just ruined his career. I have to agree.
I think with both Sheen and his producer (Chuck Lorre) he is fighting against, people will eventually forget this whole mess over what appears to be control on the show. It's not the first time a show's boss and it's top star have clashed. The series makes so much money that some infighting and typically huge and unrealistic egos will end up on page 10, and then disappear. When "Friends" was on, the backstage stories were giant, but now that the show is a memory, people will believe they are "friends". ;)

It's sad to see a person sink this low, but it doesn't shock me being in the field he is in with other meltdowns (Kramer-dude, Mel Gibson, Tom Cruise, Phil Spector, and others).
The same field that attracts independent, creative, and motivated individuals has many of those same individuals fashion themselves as larger than life. They start to believe their own press releases.

Most PC users would want to run Vista _both_ as their operating system and on a virtual machine; that would be two copies, whereas Macintosh users only want to run one copy. (Of course, most Mac users actually want to run zero copies of Vista...) So anybody issuing any clarification might not have given the Macintosh situation any thought.
And it doesn't say anywhere that the "dedicated machine" couldn't be a virtual machine in the first place.

I hope it functions better than the corded Mighty Mouse. I ended up buying a logitech corded mouse instead of the "Mighty" Mouse. It just didn't feel right. I hope this one is better, but on the other hand, it can't be worst than the MouseBT. It has to be one of the worst Mice ever made.

TB at this stage will only be useful to a few people.
IT's really down the road when SSDs get bigger and cheaper and when TB is put into a MBA (without any other ports) that it will matter much more.
Right now? It's ahead of its time especially if there is a tb tax involved.
